Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program and Goal for FY20-22
 
Aspen-Pitkin County Airport will be implementing an Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program and Goal for FY20-22. The purpose of the Program and Goal is to establish a level playing field for the participation of ACDBEs. It is Aspen-Pitkin County Airport’s intent to invite all interested parties to provide feedback and relevant information to the goal-setting process prior to submitting the goal for approval. If you have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for ACDBEs, and Aspen-Pitkin County Airport’s efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of ACDBEs, we invite you to call in to 1-800-747-5150 with access code 1918757 on Wednesday, September 4 between 1:30 and 2:00 PM MT. At this time, Aspen-Pitkin County Airport will accept comments and questions about the DBE Program and Goal setting process. Pitkin County, Colorado Public Notice Intent to File Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) 

 

 

Effective Date of Public Notice March 29, 2019

Pursuant to Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 158, Passenger Facility Charges, Pitkin County, Colorado (County), as owner and operator of the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (Airport or ASE), hereby provides public notice of the its intention to file Passenger Facility Charge Application (PFC) No. 19-10-C- 00-ASE with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to impose and use a PFC to fund, in whole, or, in part, eligible projects at the Airport. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise - Airport Construction Projects

Aspen-Pitkin County Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 2.6% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2019 through 2021. A teleconference will be held on July 30, 2018 between 1:00 and 1:30 PM MDT for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process. Suspension of Minimum Standards Notice

Please note that the current Airport Minimum Standards are suspended while under review. The updated Minimum Standard are expected tp be completed by late April 2018. Please, feel free to reach out to the Airport Administration with any questions.
